Agent Cooperating Compensation Agreement Resource

As agents we are all busy and working in the best interest of our clients.   Efficient and Clear communication to all parties is a goal of Legacy Real Estate.  That is not just for our clients, it is also for our partners in this business; the agents that are working on making offers on our listings.

SELLERS OFFERING COOPERATING COMPENSATION:  You will find NC Form 220 filled out with the seller's approved offer to a Buyer's (Sales) Agent.  It will be signed by the listing agent but not by the seller.   Please have the buyer and agent sign and submit any offers (in separate emails).  Seller will execute when executing the Offer to Purchase.

SELLER NOT OFFERING COOPERATING COMPENSATION:  You will find a blank NC Form 220.  The seller will only consider Cooperating Compensation as part of an offer on a property.  Please submit NC Form 220 in a separate email from the Offer to Purchase  Form 220, which may not be attached to that offer or referenced in Form 2-T in any way.
